Concierge Medicine Q & A

What is concierge medicine?

Concierge medicine is an individualized type of health care between you and your provider. With concierge medicine, you can customize your care to include the services you need and want. You pay an affordable annual fee that allows you greater access to Kathleen and the team.

For patient convenience, the team offers longer appointments, telemedicine, and other personalized services that enable you to take ownership of your health. Kathleen and the team believe your health should be a partnership, and they’re happy to support your needs as you age.

What are the benefits of concierge medicine?

Concierge medicine with Kathleen and her team may include many types of services, such as:

60-minute appointments

Kathleen and the team believe in holistic care. They take your whole body into account — physical, mental, emotional, spiritual — before recommending treatment. That process requires more than a traditional in-and-out visit that you might find at a traditional family medicine office.

To ensure they can fully address your health concerns, the team offers all patients 60-minute appointments. The longer visit also gives you the opportunity to ask questions or voice any concerns you have about your health.

Self-pay service

If you don’t have insurance, the team offers self-pay service. You can visit to get the care you need and pay on an as-needed basis.

Flexible appointment times

Kathleen and the team understand that some health concerns don’t fit into regular business hours. That’s why they offer evening appointments upon request. The team is always available to answer your questions and recommend appropriate appointment times based on your needs.

What types of services are included in concierge medicine?

Kathleen’s goal in offering concierge medicine is to remove common barriers to wellness that you often face in a standard doctor’s office. To provide the best individualized care, Kathleen and her team offer concierge services to diagnose, treat, and manage many health conditions, including:

  • Women’s health exams
  • Sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing
  • Intravenous (IV) therapy
  • Vitamin injections
  • Botox® and dermal filler injections
  • Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals
  • Sports physicals
